do I qualify for non-disclosure of felony

I got deffered adjudication

for felony aggravated assault case. I got 2 yrs. probation. during that time I failed to apear for community service, and got a motion to adjudicate guilt. I served 30 days in jail for that. After that I got my order discharging me from probation. can I still send motion for non-disclosure?

was your probation revoked? If so you have final conviciton and not eligilbe for non-disclosure.
