Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have a question currently I am out on bond witch I will be going to court May 10th for the charge. My question is i'm currently on SSI and cannot afford to pay the bond I was wondering if I willingly go turn myself in would I still be charged with failure to pay? when I bonded out I had every intentions on paying I just can't afforded it. please help soon I really need Help I currently don't have any attorney so I have nobody else to ask

If you made a contract with a bondsman and don't pay, they can turn in your bond. You should talk to them about reducing payments.
As far as a lawyer, bring proof of your financial situation including that you receive SSI to court and a lawyer will be appointed to represent you.
