I had a question. My boyfriend is on probation and he got stopped and he got charged with three things. Past he's curfew, caring a knife and having fake weed. Hi police officer told him that he could go to jail for 30 years is there anything he can do for him not to go to jail? I'm pregnant and I need him

Hire him a lawyer and encourage him to quit breaking the law and probation. Whether his deferred adjudication probation will be adjudicated depends on many factors including how he was doing on the other times than this day in which he was really messing up.
