Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I have a question regarding a claim filed by my ex husband against my insurance company related to his son's car accident. I was divorced at this time and want to know why this happened? Maybe Im just stupid but I didn't know his son was still on my policy 2 years after my divorce.

If you were paying the premiums for him to be covered, then he was covered. Talk with your insurance company about it and be prepared to prove you were no longer married to him and it is not your son.
