Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have a question, my husband went to jail on 4/27 for assault with a previous conviction, he had a hold placed on him from Harris County because he was on probation there and also Smith county because he was on cs probation there. GALVESTON COUNTY DISMISSED HIS CASE AND HARRIS COUNTY IS JUST GONNA REINSTATE HIS PROBATION FOR ANOTHER YEAR, he is in Harris could, I wanna know if he goes to Smith county will he gets Back time for his charge?

He gets credit from each county IF they have a hold on him while he is in custody.
