Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

My first question is do juveniles get fingerprinted? my second question is If a juvenile breaks the law and does in face get arrested and fingerprinted but they turn 18 yrs of age and the records are sealed are the fingerprints also sealed or are they always and forever in the system? I was thinking yes but I would like to know for sure before I give the wrong information.

Juveniles can be fingerprinted.

Records of some offenses can be sealed and of some offenses they cannot. The time at which they are sealed, if eligible, depends on the type of offense and whether, and some are sealed automatically while others require a request be made.
