Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
question
If a person IS being accused of a crime, and DNA is granted, and the DNA comes back negative, what is the next step? do the person be released or what please tell me.

There may be other evidence aside from the DNA evidence in which the state believes establishes guilt. This question is best answered by an attorney who has a full understanding of the facts of the case.
