I received--name removed--charge for possesion of--name removed--controlled substance in 2002 and completed 5 years adjudicated probation in texas. How do I go about having this charge expunged??

Based on what you have written, it appears that you may not qualify for an expunction under Texas criminal law. The Texas Code of Criminal Procedure contains specific requirements to be eligible for expunction. You may want to consider filing a petition for non-disclosure.
