hello i had a question about what can i do to remove a mistamenor i been convicted of or to see if thier is other options

You say that you have been convicted - this would mean that you received a jail sentence or a fine. This would be a final conviction. Unfortunately final convictions remain on your record indefinitely. You really do not have any options except perhaps to get a governor's pardon - an unlikely event.

If you actually received deferred adjudication probation and completed it, then you could probably petition the court to seal your record. I say probably because some offenses are exempted from nondisclosure.
