What questions should I ask if I am being charged with a felony that I know nothing about?

I would discourage you from speaking with the police, prosecutors or anyone else who works for the State if you have a pending criminal case. Anything you say to them could be used against you. Instead, I would encourage you to speak to a local attorney who handles criminal cases. A consultation with an attorney is confidential and they should be able to explain what you are charged with and what your options are.
