radiology texas licence and a felony
will a felony drug conviction back in 1988 be grounds for a state licence in radiology. I successfully completed a 10 probation sentence.

It may. This one I'm not sure about, but I'm about 90% sure you will be denied a license under the Texas Occupations Code for being a convicted felon.
