Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
rape
I was raped 7 years ago by a former boyfriend. He did not go to trial because he plead guilty to a judge beforehand and received 5 years probation. He also has sex offender on his record. I've heard he wants to take me to court to prove me a liar. Can he take me back to court after he already confessed to the crime?

Re: rape
No, he cannot, at least not successfully. If he tries any such despicable thing, I'm sure there are any number of lawyers who would be glad to help you nip that one in the bud.
