Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Rape
A 17 yr male is now accused of raping a girl when she was 9 yrs old, he 11. Friends of the family. He denies any such contact. She continued to slept over at boy's home (friends with boys two sisters). Now after 7 yrs she brings this up. What's the legal implications.
