reasonable priced attorney needed
my brother is in jail falsely accused his best friend confessed, so why are they still holding my brother?what can you do/file as his attorney once hired to get this dismissed.how long will it take?

Hello there,
You need to hire an attorney to file an examining trial. This is a probable cause hearing. If the State cannot show enough evidence why they are holding him and if evidence is shown that he did not in fact commit the offense, it is likely that he will be released.
