How do you receive a pardon in Texas?
I am interested in the procedure for requesting a
pardon from the Governor of Texas. I have completed
my probation and fulfilled my restitution and and going
into the ministry. I need a pardon for the religious
organization to which I belong to consider granting me
a license as a minister.

Contact Governor Perry's Office. It is my understanding that his office will furnish you the necessary papers and procedures for obtaining a pardon.
