Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have received a certified letter in the mail for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, the thing is that the vehicle that they are referring to was stolen from me from in front of a laundry matt shortly after the car was left in my possession... I have call the people that it belongs to and explained all of this but they seem to think I still have the car....what do I do to fight the charges that are pending being filed on me?
