I received a class b misdemenaor for possessing less than 2 oz marijuanna in Texas. Can I have this expunged

If you were convicted of this offense, then no you cannot have it expunged (unless you were able to get a pardon). If you received deferred adjudication probation and successfully completed it, then you may be eligible to get it sealed with a Motion for Non-Disclosure.
You should speak with the lawyer who represented you or another criminal defense lawyer who practices in that county.
