Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I received a dwli-enhanced. I really didn't understand the charge and pled guilty. Now I can't get a job due to its class. Can someone help me change from a class B to a class C so that I may provide for my family?

A first offender DWI is a Class B so I'm not sure how it was enhanced. Anyway, there is no way to go back and change the status of a charge once you have pled guilty. And there is no lesser included Class C (traffic offense level) from a DWI.
