Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I received 18 mos probation on misdemeanor case to start probation Mar 7. It was order 4 days jail time to do on a weekend. I am to go in at 2pm on Mar 2nd. When would I get out? Would I have to wait til Monday after midnight? Since I going in early Friday what does that do to the time frame I am in there.

It is day for day time and starts on the day (before midnight) when you go in. Depending on the jail policies, you could be released anywhere from just after midnight to 8 a.m. on the 4th day.
