I received a ticket for theft under 50. If I pay the fine will it stay on my record and if so how can I get it removed?

Pardon from the governor or try to appeal it to county court and win and then file for expunction.

You may be able to get a deferred disposition if you have not already plead to the ticket. If you complete the deferred, then you could be eligible to expunge all records of the incident once the 2 year statute of limitations has expired.
