Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was recently arrested on assault on my husband what would the judge do or how long would I have to serve it is my first time ever getting in trouble with the cops.

In Bexar County you will probably be offered probation or deferred adjudication. The range of punishment for Domestic Assault is a fine up to $4000 and/or a year in jail.
You need an attorney to help you with this as this offense has many ramifications.
