Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Recently I was arrested for less than a gram of meth that wasn't mine but was left in my vehicle . I was in jail 5 days when that released me because the charge was refused should I count my blessing or will this come back on me. If it does isn't that double jeopardy in tx

Hypothetically, it is possible that it could come back, as you were not acquitted by a Jury or found not guilty, but it appears that they did not have enough evidence to charge you with possession, or they would have.
Also you will need to hire a qualified criminal lawyer who can expunge your arrest record.
