Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I recently helped the state of texas convict a man for beating me half to death. there have been several messages from his wife claaiming that i hit their child while this was happening and that i then proceeded to breaak into her house. she is also saying that i endanger my child. all of this is untrue. can she say theses lies in court and have me charged with something?
