i recently got a paraphenalia ticket in plano texas. how can i keep this off my record

If you are found not guilty or the case is dismissed, then you may be eligible to expunge this arrest record. However, if you are offered and successfully complete a deferred disposition on this Class C charge, then you may also be able to expunge all records.
