Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I just recieved a call from an HPD officer who wants me to come in and take a pollygraph test and answer a few questions, it has something to do with an account with a bank that i had an account with... the bank itself wants me to send an affidavit stating that i didnt do some type of false claim in which a money order was purchased and i supposivly said that i didnt do it but recieved a refund but the charge was real... my question is should i just send back the affidavit and should i speak with the officer without representation first... or should i just ssend back the affidivate and not speak with the officer

You should call a lawyer and schedule a consultation before you do anything else. PERIOD.
