i just recieved a class a misdemenor in texas how long does it take until you can have it expunged?

If you plead guilty and received regular probation or jail time, then you can never get this case expunged from your record unless you are pardoned or appeal your case and have it dismissed or are found not guilty on retrial (very uncommon). If you received deferred probation, then you may be eligible to seal your record from the public through a Motion for Non-Disclosure, but you cannot expunge (erase) the records available to law enforcement or state agencies.
