Recinding a bail bond you have posted for someone else
Can I get back money I have put up for someone elses bail before the court date?

If you paid a bond fee to a bail bondsman, then the answer is no. If you posted a cash bond, you can retrieve your funds if you have reason to believe the person will skip bail. Otherwise, you have entered a contract with the court. Of course if the person on bail agrees to replace the bond, you can do it that way.
