Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Can I get my record expunged in Texas? An arrest from 1983 is still on my record even though all charges were dropped. It was an arrest in Houston by the DEA for suspicion of conspiracy to illegally invest funds and distribute drugs.(Marijuana) Charges were unconditionally dismissed according to the FBI printout of my criminal history. Thanks

Were you charged in a State court with a crime? And then the case was dismissed? If so, then you can expunge your records.
