Re: Getting record exsponged

Getting a record expunged depends upon the outcome of the case. If you qualify for an expunction, then it is 2 years on a misdemeanor, unless you were found not guilty. If you are interested in pursuing the matter, feel free to email me directly. Sometimes a person does not qualify for an expunction, but does qualify for a non-disclosure.
