Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Can he record me

My husband recorded me getting into the shower and I specifically state (on camera) that I did not want to be recorded. In the background you can hear him make the comment ''don't worry the camera isn't on''. I need to know if this is against the law because I have the tape and want to turn it in. He is currently on 18 mths. probation for domestic violence and we are going through a divorce, he was recording me to make me upset and I am naked on the tape. Please help! Our location is Texas and that is also where his probation was issued.

I don't believe there is any law that governs this. As long as there was no forced entry, he is free to take whatever pictures he wants. You might have a claim if he publishes them, especially if you instruct him not to.
