Can a registered sex offender in texas move to canada?

You will need to check Canadian laws. They have a very thorough website. My guess is no because to be a registered sex offender, one must have a sex offense conviction / deferred adjudication probation. I know for certain that Canada will not allow a person convicted of first offense DWI to even VISIT their country.
