Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Rehab to Veto Probation
Is it possible to ask to go to rehab instead of serving your probation time? I have 18 months probation and i would like to try and get it down to 6 months in rehab. Is this possible?

Maybe -- depends upon how persuasive your lawyer is. This would have been a more reasonable option before sentencing.
