Re-issue of warrent for bad check after time served
After being picked up for a hot check. Went to court and fine was dismissed for time served. Does the hot check have to be paid or can another warrent be issued? Or is the slate clean?

If you were punished for this and given credit for time served, you may not be constitutionally tried again in state court for this same matter. www.reasonable-doubt.com
