Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
rejected case due to military
My son was arrested for selling marijuana to undercover cop. 4oz to 5 lb.He was bailed out and no court date was ever set up. He decided to join the army and they got the attorney to reject the case. If my son has now decided not to join the army will they put the charges back on him?
