Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
remove felony conviction
I was convicted in 1986 of a felony distribution of a controled substance and took shock probation.which consisted of 120 days at texas department of corrections and 10 years of probation. In november of 1996 ended case with satisfactory termination of probation, is their any way to remove this type of conviction off of my background record due to being turned down at potential employers for these reason. I was just out of high school and did not think of the consquences.
