Remove felony from record
My bestfriend recieved a felony on her record for poss of maj. in 2000. will it be possible for her to have it removed from her record. She has not been in any trouble since then.

Generally, expunctions are extremely difficult to obtain. Your friend would have to qualify under the strict rules established in Chapter 55 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Depending upon your friend's specific facts, your friend may be able to qualify for a non-disclosure of her criminal records.
