Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
removing shoplifting charge from record
I know of someone that pleaded guilty to a shoplifting charge and was given probation, which he completed, with no problems. This was 13-15 yrs ago and he has not been in trouble before or since. Is there any way possible to get this removed from his record? Thanks for your help.

A pardon from the governor is the only way if he wasn't a juvenile at the time.
