Renting an Apartment

I completed 4 years differed judification in 2005 but i cant get an apartment even though i completed my probhation. I'm not a convicted felon, why cant i get an apartment?

Based on what you have written, the criminal charge appears to be coming up on a criminal background check. As you completed four years deferred adjudication, you more than likely are not eligible for expunction. Therefore, you should consider filing a petition for non-disclosure with the Court. Even though not a convicted felon, it is coming up in criminal background checks. You need to apply for a nondisclosure if you are eligible.
