Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
did not repay loan
A ''friend'' of my daughter talked her into taking personal loans out so she could supposedly pay court fines. There is no written agreement. Can she sue her for nonpayment of loans? It was about $1,000.

Re: did not repay loan
Yes, she can sue her, but to be successful, she will need some evidence of the existence of the loan, and the terms of repayment.
