Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
repoed auto.
My car company attempted to repo my car but after a few attempts, they stopped communication with me. I have had the car in my posesssion for some time( I already have another car and I dont drive the repo) and would like to give it back. They recently started calling again and they said the car was paid off, they just want it back. Would I be arrested or sued for doing so.

Re: repoed auto.
Don't keep a car that does not belong to you. If you keep the car, you might be charged with theft or hindering a secured creditor. If you have any further questions consult with a criminal defense lawyer immediately.
