Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I reside in the state of Texas and recently I found out that I have a class b misdeameanor for theft of check for $20.00. I have NEVER been arrested, tried or convicted a day in my life. I have never written a bad check either yet for some reason this is showing up on my record. The alleged offense occurred on 12/05 and a warrant was issued on 11/07. I have been able to renew my license and on 2/07, i was hired for CVS Pharmacy. I am recently laid off and have been unable to gain employment as a result of this. I do not know the arresting agency that has done this and since I was never arrested or convicted, how can i resolve this issue?

You do not say how you found out you have a case. However you determined that, you need to run that back to the starting poing to see what is going on.
