Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
how do i resolve a warrant that I was arrested & paid bail for five years ago but the warrant is still active? I have received no court summons.

If you posted bond then you apparently failed to appear in court when an appearance was set. You must hire a lawyer to represent you anyway so do it now to see if the matter of the warrant can be cleared up. Otherwise, you will have to post another bond.
