Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
restraining order
I have been threatened and now me and my family are being harassed by this person. I have gone to the police and filed a report. Waiting for them to respond. The phone calls and emails to my family are still continuing. Can I file a restraining order against this person?

Re: restraining order
You can always request the court to issue a restraining order so long as the facts support such an order. The police should have provided you with the reuired information to seek such a court order. If my law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]).
