Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
What restrictions do I have as a convicted felon?
I plead guilty to felony drug possession in NC in 1990. I was given 5 years of unsupervised probation. I have never been in any other trouble. What kind of restrictions are imposed on me and what are my options as far as having these records sealed?

Re: What restrictions do I have as a convicted felon?
If your probation was a deferred and not a sex offense or involving a weapon and it has been 5 years since you got off your probation then you may request a non-disclosure of your past. You need to know that any state or federal government agency will be able to see your conviction.
