How do i revoke a cash bond in texas. i posted a $1000.00 cash bond in coryell county texas. principal is still engageing in criminal activities

If the bond is in your name, then go to the sheriff's department and ask the procedure to get your bond money back. If they cannot / will not help you, then you can go to the court. It might be best if you have to go to the court to do so at the defendant's next court appearance.
