Re: revoke of probation
Hello there,
If a motion to revoke your probation has been filed you need to hire an attorney that understands revocations. Under some circumstances one even can have a defense to having the state revoke your probation.
But, you need to hire yourself a good attorney to go and review your file to see if the state did their job properly to revoke your probation. If they did their job right then you are going to have to present some compelling information to the judge why you shouldn't be revoked.
