What is Rigging a public display or contest
My son is being charged with rigging a public display or contest for taking some game tickets from his job. what are the penalities for this?

It's a Class A misdemeanor. Fine not to exceed $4,000, confinement in jail not to exceed one year, or both fine and jail. Get a lawyer.
