Rights for Fingerprinting
At my school, there are an ''X'' number of people suspected of damagin a student's car. Can the police just take our fingerprints with us being suspects?

No. You don't have to submit to fingerprinting against your will. But, be aware, the cops will likely come up with some excuse to arrest you, and book you, and that means they'll fingerprint you when booking you. I've found police don't usually have a problem bending the law to accomplish their ends.
