Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
rights
I work at a convenience store and was robbed at gun point. My questions is to a have a right to be told by the police where the case stands. One mintue I am told the suspects are in custody and then they are not. I have called the Detective in charge and left messages but not a phone call.

Since you are not getting cooperation from the local police, I would suggest that you go through your employer, and demand that they find out the information, which you require to be safe.
