sagitory rape
my mom thinks that a man raped me... but he didnt. she is going to file charges on him and it would be a mistake.. is there anything i can do about it?

That depends entirely upon your age. If you are the legal age of consent, then when she reports it, advise the officers that the sex was consensual. If you are not of the age of consent, then he broke the law by having sex with you. The best option for you in this situation is to tell the truth.
